Located in Kailua, Hawaii, BG Timothy D. Connelly is the former senior operations officer (G357) and director of the Office of the Chief of Army Reserve’s USAR Recruiting and Retention Campaign. He managed all aspects of strategy, operations, training, and education during his time in these roles, as well as matters of strategic initiative programming and institutional design. He effectively led 125 employees across nine divisions as the senior operations officer, in addition to managing an annual budget of approximately $2.18 billion. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, BG Timothy D. Connelly served on a number of executive governance boards.

His more than two-decade-long active duty military career has included positions such as commanding general of the 9th Mission Support Command and Executive Officer to the Chief of Army Reserve, Pentagon, Washington, DC. His civilian roles, meanwhile, include time as the Director of Operations and Customer Relations for ART.com and Vice President of Strategic Staffing Services with Stratus Services Group, Inc.

BG Connelly studied Economics as an undergraduate at LaSalle University. After earning his Bachelor of Arts, he continued his education at Nova Southeastern University, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 2013, he earned a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies (MSS) from the United States Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
